Home of the famous Boston Cream Pie, Parker’s Bar is the quintessential Boston bar. Since the late 1800's, this venerable restaurant has built quite a prominent culinary legacy, from hiring arguably the first celebrity French Chef in America, Chef Anézin in 1865, to launching the culinary careers of Emeril Lagasse, Lydia Shire and Jasper White.

The Challenge
Parker’s Bar needed video content of new dishes they were adding to their menu. The hotel planned to post this new content on their social media and use for stock footage. James showcased three drinks and four dishes with both portrait and landscape videography.
The Process
Content Strategy Development
James was brought onto the team with the photographer, Jenn of Symula Media Group. Jenn and James had extensive conversations with Omni Parker’s Marketing Manager to ensure the content we captured was what Reece was looking for and to ensure the hotel was satisfied.
Multimedia Content Creation
James showcased seven menu items, capturing a variety of videography styles, angles, and poses for Omni Parker’s Marketing Manager to use for stock footage and for social media.
